Let me start by saying that I am all for free speech. I think it is a wonderful right that we have, to be able to speak our opinions without fear of retribution. But there is also a responsibility that comes with that right. The responsibility of being able to hold ourselves back from being offensive or hateful to others. I guess I have always tried to get along with everybody, which isn't always easy to do.

I have surfed the net since August of last year. There are a couple of bulletin boards that I frequent and I think it is just wonderful that these forums are available to just about everybody. With only a few rules to abide by. And these rules are actually just common courtesy for the majority of people on the net. Gee, that's a rule? I thought it was a way of life!! If you want to do things your way because you think these rules are too harsh for you, start your own service. It only costs many thousands of dollars. Hey, speech may be free, but it ain't cheap.

And I take pride in the fact that anybody can come to my site and not feel uncomfortable (unless you are ailurophobic, but then why would you be here?) about what they might find. Its a friendly site.

And when you visit a site that asks you to "please sign my guestbook", please do. It is so nice to see what people think about the page. A lot of hard work goes into these pages and its nice to know if they are appreciated and enjoyed. But also keep in mind the old saying, if you can't say anything nice, don't say anything. (Please don't tell me how much you hate cats. That's rude.)

Well, that's my free speech. You want more? Send me money.
