Annie

We got Annie at the same time as DeeJay. It was in April 1988 and she was about three weeks old. She is his sister. Annie used to go outside and play or hang around with us at night when we were watching television. As our cat population grew, she became more reclusive. Now she spends most of her days in the bedroom. For a while it was behind the bed, but now she is spending time next to the bed and on the bed. She is also making progress about going outside. It will probably be a while longer before we quit calling her the ghost kitty.

Annie likes to have the area on her back directly by her tail smacked lightly, but vigorously. We call them "annie smacks". She is a vocal kitty and really talks when she is getting her attention.

She is a real sweetheart. Just purrty shy.
